The major road maintenance project in the urban area has been approved for construction by the Development and Reform Bureau of Jiangmen City, with the approval number of Jiangfa Gaigong [2010] No. 202. The construction funds are sourced from self raised funds provided by the provincial government. The Jiangmen Highway Bureau (hereinafter referred to as the "tenderer") conducted a domestic competitive public bidding for the survey and design of the highway project.
