Employment and staffing requirements
1、 Shortage supplement.
Due to employee changes or the shortage of professional and technical personnel in positions, timely personnel supplementation shall be provided in accordance with the company's relevant human resources regulations and staffing requirements.
2、 Exam hiring.
For recruited personnel, the principle of consistency between examination and employment shall be adopted. Upon completion of the probationary period and passing the examination, a labor contract shall be signed and officially employed.
