Male, Han ethnicity, bachelor's degree, party member, born in October 1965, native place: Hebei, started working in 1986. Senior architect, national first-class registered architect, one of the top 100 architects in contemporary China, expert enjoying special government allowances from the State Council, outstanding expert in Qinghai Province, candidate for the National Hundred, Thousand, and Ten Thousand Talents Project, leader of scientific and technological innovation in the national survey and design industry, and leader of natural science and engineering technology disciplines in Qinghai Province. I am currently a director, chief architect, and deputy general manager of Qinghai Provincial Architectural Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd.

From August 1982 to July 1986, studied architecture in the Department of Architecture at Northwest Institute of Architecture and Technology;

From July 1986 to January 2006, worked at Qinghai Provincial Institute of Architectural Survey and Design. Served successively as Deputy Chief Architect, Chief Architect, and Vice Dean;

From January 2006 to present, I have been working at Qinghai Provincial Institute of Architectural Survey and Design Co., Ltd. as the Chief Architect and Deputy General Manager.
