Senior Architect, National Second Class Registered Architect, National Registered Consulting Engineer, Excellent Professional and Technical Talent in Qinghai Province. Outstanding innovative entrepreneur in China's survey and design industry, outstanding entrepreneur in China's survey and design industry, outstanding management talent in China's architectural design industry, winner of the "Management Innovation Award" for the 60th anniversary of the National Day of the Chinese architectural design industry, the fifth and sixth advanced entrepreneurs in Qinghai Province, and the seventh outstanding entrepreneur in Qinghai Province. He has served as the first and second chairman and general manager of the company, and is currently the third chairman and general manager of the company. He also serves as the vice chairman of the Qinghai Survey and Design Association.

From August 1975 to November 1979, worked at the Dali County Civil Trade Company in Qinghai Province;

From October 1981 to July 2000, worked at Qinghai Provincial Institute of Architectural Survey and Design as Vice President;

From February 2002 to January 2006, worked as the director of Qinghai Provincial Institute of Architectural Survey and Design;

From February 2006 to present, served as the Chairman and General Manager of Qinghai Provincial Institute of Architectural Survey and Design Co., Ltd.
