Real estate development companies and real estate intermediaries:

According to the deployment of the higher-level price management department, in order to further standardize the behavior of clearly marking prices for commercial housing, we will seriously investigate and punish behaviors that harm consumer interests and disrupt market order, such as failing to implement the "one set, one standard" policy and not publicly disclosing all sold properties at once, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers. Based on the actual situation in our district, the following are reminders regarding the supervision of real estate market prices:

Real estate development enterprises and real estate intermediaries shall not engage in the following behaviors during the sale of commercial housing:

(1) Selling commercial housing without clearly indicating the price, and without clearly indicating the price in a prominent position in the trading venue;

(2) Failure to implement the "one set, one standard" policy as required;

(3) The labeling information is incomplete and the price is not clearly marked according to the prescribed content; The sales status of the property is not indicated, and the price indicated for the sold property is not the actual transaction price;

(4) The fees for commercial housing transactions and property transfer collection and agency services are not indicated to be voluntarily chosen by consumers;

(5) Deceiving consumers into making transactions through false price promises, false price promotions, and other means;

(6) Mandatory provision of goods or services and bundled charges through binding or additional conditions;

(7) Holding back on sales, speculating on real estate listings, and manipulating market prices;

(8) Facilitating the signing of contracts with different transaction prices for the same property for the purpose of avoiding illegal purposes such as property transaction taxes and fees;

(9) Other behaviors that violate the Regulations on Clear Pricing of Commercial Housing Sales, the Management Measures for Commercial Housing Sales, and the Management Measures for Real Estate Brokerage.
